Multi Class Rules |

No special class for the Multi Class. You will have to run with the A-Class Cars Weight requirements to run with A-Class Cars is 800 lbs. Wings, shocks and pan-hard-bars must be in a locked down position so that the driver can not adjust them in the cockpit. AGE REQUIREMENT Drivers must be a minimum of 14 years old with no exceptions. Certified copy of birth certificate is required. At his sole discretion, the Race Track Promoter has the authority to permit an underage driver to participate in this class. FUEL All 600 cc Multi Class cars must run Nationally approved fuels. No additives are allowed. WEIGHT – only this weight requirement if Multi’s have their own class 4 cylinder 600cc powered cars; minimum car and driver weight is 750 lbs. Any material used for ballast must be firmly attached as a part of the car’s structure. No liquid or loose ballast such as water, fuel, oil, sandbags, rocks, logs, chains etc. allowed. SHOCK Any shock absorber legal. If running with A-Class cars no adjustments allowed in the cockpit. If running in an Multi only class, may make adjustments in the cockpit. TIRES AND WHEELS On 600 cc powered cars, any wheel size and tire combination may be used, but tires may not exceed 22 ˝ inches in height. Air bleaders are allowed. Wheels must be held on with 4 or more standard lug nuts or knock-off hubs. WINGS Can not have more than a 12 square wing. Nose wings cannot exceed 9” x 21”, and must carry car number. Top wing is mandatory to enter a night’s event. Cars may finish without a wing if no replacement is available. ENGINE RULES Any multi-cylinder 4cycle engine larger than 250cc, but not exceeding 600cc plus .040 inches/cylinder overbore. All size engines must have cockpit operated electric starter, lever manual clutch in car and on board battery capable of starting an engine. Must also remain chain-driven off of the original countershaft. On 600 cc engines only, any other modifications allowed. NO KAWASAKI 636 AND NO CURRENT PRODUCTION (2007) MOTORS ALLOWED. NOTE: Cars, parts, components, and/or equipment will not be considered as having been approved by reason of having passed through inspection at any time or any number of times unobserved or undetected. Unless these specs say you can do something, you cannot.
